During my Easter stay, I really liked the plush and luxurious decor of the hotel. It made me feel like I was experiencing a step up from the average five-star hotel. The views from the hotel were also amazing, with a great view of the harbor. I enjoyed the warm outdoor pool, always manned and provided a relaxing swim.
There were a few things that I disliked about the hotel. the showers were quite small and not very convenient.

I had a great experience with surprise visitors on the 56th floor. The harbour view from my room at Conrad was fine. The service was excellent, and staying on the Executive Floors was a treat. The special lounge provided a really good breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening drinks with snacks. One morning, I was surprised to see window cleaners coming down from above, giving a unique and exciting view!

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is conveniently connected to a mall where you can enjoy dinner at an Italian restaurant. Additionally, the hotel is just outside the mall, making it easily accessible for shopping and dining. The Executive Lounge offers great views and the service staff go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay.
The suite rooms can be noisy as they are adjoining to other suites, and you can hear doors banging and conversations from neighboring rooms.

We were really surprised by the amazing service and attention to detail at Conrad. The staff were really good too make our experience nice. The views from our room were amazing, with the harbor and city skyline in full display. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the bed was comfortable. We didn't want to leave!

My luxurious needs were fulfilled at this hotel. the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi provided exclusive amenities and a sun terrace for relaxation. the restaurant offered delicious meals with special diet menus. In-room breakfast was served with private facilities. I appreciated the location advantages: close to major transportation, accessible shopping mall, and inexpensive taxi fares.
the service at the poolside snack bar was slow, depriving me of prompt service with drink and food orders.
